Please familiarize yourself with our information for parents. At St. John the Apostle School, we provide a safe and entirely secure learning environment for our students and staff. Your cooperation is always greatly valued.
Emergency Form Please save the form as your family name and email it back to Mrs Chiusano at jchiusano@sjanj.org.
We ask your help in providing a safe and secure environment for all our students. Please take note of the following school safety guidelines:
All parents and guardians must first check in at the school office, entering the Ridgeview Terrace entrance.
Parents and guardians are not permitted to come upstairs without permission from the office. If you feel your child has items that you think are too heavy for them to carry up to their classroom, please leave them in the office, and the student will be permitted to come and take the contents in small, manageable amounts to their rooms.
Parents and guardians waiting for students after school (with the exception of aftercare programs) must remain in the parking lot, not inside the school.
Thank you for your help in our efforts to provide a more secure school for all of the students.
School Messenger Phone Alert
At St. John the Apostle School, we use an automated telephone system to notify you of school closings, delayed openings, and other important messages. If you have moved or changed your phone number or any other contact information, please notify the school office and the rectory with this information. The school office maintains the school and student records while the rectory maintains the parish information.
