Students in the fourth and fifth grades meet in health class once a week. Students learn about the body systems, nutrition, hygiene, mindfulness, and how to handle complex emotions.
The sixth, seventh and eighth grades participate in health class twice a week for one trimester. Discussions center around nutrition, the importance of physical activity, and respect for self and others. In addition, students complete projects in groups to learn how to work in a team setting and how to handle conflict in a healthy way.
So, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
