In grades where there is a waiting list, it is for one academic year only. Re-registration is required for the succeeding academic year. |

Admission Procedure 1. Age - A birth certificate must be submitted for proof of age. - The Nursery child must be three years old on or before October 1st. - The Pre-K child must be four years old on or before October 1st. - The Kindergarten child must be five years old on or before October 1st. - The First Grade child must be six years old on or before October 1st. 2. Immunization Requirements - DTP: a minimum of four doses - OPV: a minimum of three doses, provided at least on dose is given on or after the 4th birthday - Measles vaccine: one dose administered on or after the 1st birthday. - Mumps vaccine: one dose administered on or after the 1st birthday. Children who were immunized before the 1st birthday are to be re-immunized. - Rubella vaccine: administered on or after the 1st birthday. Children who were immunized before the 1st birthday are to be re-immunized. AN APPLICANT WHOSE IMMUNIZATION RECORD IS INCOMPLETE WILL NOT BE ADMITTED 3. Catholic Applicants - A Baptismal Certificate and verification of reception of any addition sacrament(s) is required. 4. Transfer Students - In addition to all of the previous items, a transfer notification and most recent report card from the previous school is required. No transfers will be accepted for the 8th grade |
