PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY.  GRADES K-5 SHOULD FIRST SIGN-IN IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE.  ANNEX PARENTS CAN REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE ANNEX.  BE SURE TO SIGN THE LUNCH DUTY SIGN-IN BOOK.  THIS IS OUR WAY OF CONFIRMING THAT YOU FULFILLED YOUR OBLIGATION.

Main Building:

Kindergarten and First Grades 11:30-12:10

Second and Third Grades 12:00-12:35

Fourth and Fifth Grades  12:10-12:45

Annex:  (Annex Parents can report directly to the Annex.  The Sign-In Book will be brought to you for signature).

Sixth, Seventh & Eighth Grades 12:15-12:45

If you are unable to fulfill your duty on any particular day, it is your responsibility to find substitute coverage by calling any of the other participating Lunch Duty parents.  If you are unable to find a substitute after making every effort to do so, you must call the school office no later than 9:00 a.m. on the day of your scheduled duty so that we can make the necessary arrangements for coverage at a cost to you of $25.00.

Failure to appear for lunch duty will result in a penalty of $25.00 for each missed lunch duty assignment.  Three misses will result in an automatic assessment of $300.00. 

If you are scheduled for lunch duty on a day when your child is absent from school, it is still your responsibility to find substitute coverage if you are unable to do lunch duty.
